Horaxa / Garages and workshops

For garages and workshops

How many parts and hours actually reach the invoice?

Horaxa is the job card and timesheet app for garages and workshops. It logs the hours on every repair order from the phone, charges each order with the parts that leave the stores, and prepares the weekly hours spreadsheet in your own layout.

Where the money goes

Every workshop hour gets invoiced

A workshop is full of people on site and short of hours sold. The gap shows when you look at the orders one by one.

Labour

The bench hour nobody writes down

The mechanic finishes one order, starts another, and nobody books the half hour of diagnosis.

With Horaxa: Logging hours is one tap on a day in the phone; the calendar flags days with no hours so they are not forgotten.

Spare parts

The part with no order

It leaves the stores “just for a minute” and ends up on another order or on none. Stock does not add up, and neither does the invoice.

With Horaxa: Every withdrawal is recorded with who took it, how much and for which order. If stock drops below the minimum, Purchasing is alerted.

Office

The hours spreadsheet for payroll

Someone copies everyone’s hours by hand every week.

With Horaxa: The weekly timesheet comes out filled in with your layout, formulas included. No more filling it in by hand

Frequently asked questions

Can I log hours against each repair order?

Yes. Each repair order is a job with its own budgeted hours and clock, and every mechanic logs theirs from their phone in 15-minute steps.

Does the hours spreadsheet for payroll fill itself in?

It comes out filled in with your own layout, formulas included, from the hours logged. Horaxa does not calculate or issue payroll.

Does Horaxa deduct spare parts from stock?

Yes. Every withdrawal from the stores deducts stock and charges the part to the order. If stock falls below the minimum, Purchasing gets an alert.

Does Horaxa work as a legal working-time register?

It is not designed as a legal working-time register. It records hours per job, not clocking in and out.

How much does Horaxa cost?

€149 a month excl. VAT for up to 5 users and €349 a month for up to 20 users, with €15 a month per extra user and a one-off setup fee. No lock-in and a 15-day trial with no card. See pricing.
