Management software for shipyards, yacht refit and on-board technical service
Horaxa is management software for refit, ship repair and on-board technical service companies that puts an hours clock on every job, ties it to the vessel and its IMO number, and warns you before the hours budget runs out.
Updated on
What Horaxa controls in a refit
- One clock per vessel and per job
Grey up to 60 % of the budgeted hours, orange after that and red at 100 %. The manager gets an alert at 80 % and another when the hours are exceeded.
- Hours from the phone
The technician logs their hours at the machine with your company’s rules (working day, overtime, allowances) and the weekly timesheet comes out in your template.
- Reports in English and Spanish
From notes or an audio recording, in Word in your template, with the vessel’s name and IMO number already filled in. A person reviews before sending.
- Material charged to each vessel
Whatever is taken from stores is charged to the job, and supplier invoices that carry its code add their cost.
- Quote analyser
It reads the request from the owner or the shipyard, checks it against SOLAS, IEC 60092 and the classification society citing the source, and the software does the electrical calculations.
- Archive per vessel
Drawings, documentation, equipment, previous jobs, reports and emails for each vessel in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Does Horaxa suit refit and ship repair companies?
Yes. Every job is tied to a vessel and its IMO number, has its own hours clock and receives the material taken from stores and the costs of the invoices that carry its code.
Do reports come out in English for the captain or the superintendent?
Yes. The technician writes from their notes or an audio recording, the AI proposes the text and the technical translation, and the report comes out in Word in your company’s template. Nothing is sent without a person reviewing it.
How does Horaxa warn that a job is going over its hours?
The job’s clock turns from grey to orange from 60 % of the budgeted hours and to red at 100 %. The manager gets an alert at 80 % and another when 100 % is exceeded.
Which regulations does the quote analyser use?
In the marine profile it consults SOLAS, IEC 60092 and the classification society’s rules, always citing the source and asking you to confirm the current edition. Current, voltage-drop and cable-size calculations are done by the software, not the AI.
How much does Horaxa cost?
